By Sire Orezimena (Luke 19:2 – 10) Sincere humility is a trait that is scarce amongst mankind as the nature of man is studied. We get to see much of wickedness, pride, lust of the eye, flesh, pride of life even amongst the rich and the poor. If we come to perceive things realistically, we find out that to be rich and humble is rare even I the body of Christ. My case study today is Zacchaeus the rich publican and a “sinner” (Luke 19:2). If you the book of Luke 19 with understanding you find out that Zacchaeus has been hearing about Jesus Christ and the signs and wonders He has been doing. As rich as he was regardless of his limitation(height) he decided to climb a sycamore tree this was a very rich man as the bible says , He could have paid servants to carry him up on a royal carriage but he decided to go alone.
