Life is centered on what you believe
What does it mean?
 Believe: by the English dictionary means: To exercise belief in; to credit upon the authority or testimony of another; to be persuaded of the truth of, upon evidence furnished by reasons, arguments, and deductions of the mind, or by circumstances other than personal knowledge; to regard or accept as true; to place confidence in; to think; to consider; as, to believe a person, a statement, or a doctrine.

Now I underlined some points there
1. Authority
2. Testimony of another
3. Persuaded of the truth upon evidence furnished by reason
4. Regard or accept as truth
5. To consider as,  to believe a person, statement or doctrine.
If you read between the lines for a man to believe something, it has to a proof, evidence, tested and trusted, authority, the last says believing a person statement or doctrine.

Now, my personal definition believe is simply one word, "KNOWLEDGE"
Now I chose these definition because it best suits what I want to discuss
"Knowledge : That familiarity which is gained by actual experience; practical skill; as, a knowledge of life.

Now you see the underlined word, Experience (evident persuasion), practical skills( tested and trusted),  knowledge of life (Testimony of others). So I have managed to merge knowledge and believe or belief to proof that , believing is knowledge, without knowledge you can't believe.

You ask were am I going with this, oh yes It will come clear to you very soon, first of all questions to ask you
1. You are a 20th century child, science student studying physics, now your lecturer mentions a man's name called "Isaac Newton" please how many of you know or have seen Him?
2. Williams Shakespeare for the literature students or professionals, I would like to know how many of you know him, or does he have beards like mine lol?
3. What about Albert Einstein  how many of you have seen him?

I guess it's no, but guess what their laws and proofs and achievements has paved was for technology today.
What about the almighty ancient Greece, why is almost every word gotten from Greek? Who founded Greece or the story of the great army. Of the Spartans and Trojans? Etc.

If you take a look around you, everything you possess or have acquire you believe it and you have tested it, and people have testified about it so you strongly believe that your car is meant to move from place to another, your bed you believe it's meant for sleeping, you know and believe that when you buy goods and pay cash you will definitely go with the Goods.

Why to strong a believe? Take a moment and think about it.

Now that's brings us to the main question,
Why don't we believe in the WORD. OF GOD?
The bible says His words will not return unto Him unfulfilled. (Isaiah 55:11)
His word also says "He Honors His words above His name.(pslm 138:2)

Why will someone say that there is No God? Or that Jesus Christ is a Myth?
If man can trace History of man kind and find out origins of the past professors and the lands they dwelt in, why don't we believe that Jesus Christ walked on the Face of the earth and was there in the beginning of creation (John 1: 1- 5) ( Gene 1:1- 26)
Let me answer that question,
It's because we don't "Know HIM"
(KNOWLEDGE). In theology it is taught that some Hebrew words like know are not exactly the same meaning with the English word "know"

And the bible said Abraham "Knew" His wife and she conceived.(Gen 21:2)
So when the bible talks about knowledge, it's talking about deep intimacy and encounter, Fellowship with Jesus Christ the WORD.

True belief comes from your knowledge of Jesus Christ (The Word).
For the bible says to them that " BELIEVE" he gave them power to become sons of God(John 1:1-14)

You are called an unbelievable because you haven't come to the Knowledge of the King of kings and Lord of lords, the word who created the very beings and things you see and believe in so preciously that you can die defending,

Can you die defending the Existence of Jesus Christ (ELOHIM)?
As in How sure are you, you that call. Yourself a Christian?

The knowledge you have today that makes you a prof, Dr, or that degree was passed from one generation to another, to another, to another, before it got to you and you don't have a problem with it because you believe that you will succeed with it

Now God is saying, come all ye that are thirsty come drink, you that is hungry come eat (Isaiah 55:1. - 5)
Come ye that are heavily laden and will give you rest.
His Word has given us assurance of:
#salvation
#Holy Spirit
#prosperity
#long life
#abundance
#protection
#provision
#peace and many more.

All you need to do is Believe (KNOWLEDGE)

Have that assurance today and strive to Know Jesus Christ, it's all in His word (the bible) let His word bring
1. Authority
2. Testimony from your mouth
3.Persuaded of the truth upon evidence furnished by reason that He is real.
4. Regard His personality and it's True nature.
5. To recognize ,to believe statement of His Apostles about the doctrine doctrine of His Birth, ministry, miracles, signs wonders, death, resurrection, and lifting up to Heaven to prepare place for we His people.
BELIEVERS who are His Sons.

First step is to be Born again and turn totally to Jesus Christ, the next step is "Acquire Knowledge" about Him then Belief comes in, with that confidence, nothing can stand in your way. Amen.
